A licensed Montana fishing guide, avid hunter, Accredited Land Consultant (ALC), Deer Steward Level II, and commercial drone pilot, he brings a firsthand understanding of land, wildlife, and responsible management. He has nearly a decade of real estate experience as a licensed broker in multiple states. His practice centers on investment and large-acreage land, while also covering commercial, residential, subdivision, and development transactions across the Rocky Mountain West, Midwest hunting country, and the Northeast—including conservation easements, mineral rights, and creative deal structures. A former civil and environmental engineer in oil and gas, Joe approaches every file with an analytical, data-driven eye for both risk and opportunity.
